“This hotel has been black listed from anyone in our company staying at it.”
As I was checking in the guy at the front desk said the card did not go through. I called my office for a new card and the online cc authorization form was not working, we tried explaining this to him and He rudely kept talking over us as if we were idiots. He then cancelled our reservation and kicked us out of the lobby. All because I asked him to let me talk and explain that the extended stay website was not working and that I just need him to email the CC authorization form so we could fill it out and resolve the issue. I have stayed at a lot of extended stays but this was by far the worst experience.
