“Very good base for attending a conference at the Gaylord.”
Really friendly and helpful staff on reception (special thanks to Micha and Robin who were really helpful with tips on restaurant recommendations and generally very welcoming) and lovely staff at breakfast. Nice jogging track from property.

The bed was comfortable, but the room was somewhat smelly unless the AC was on (but it wasn't hot, so AC was not needed). There was a very loud ice machine in the corridor. Someone came to check it after I asked, but it did not get fixed. Hardly any noise isolation, with loud guests in the surrounding rooms.

Location was fine As for breakfast I was told breakfast came with room only to find that the cost for 4 pieces of French toast was greater than a restaurant.

“A hotel worker stole my door dash”
A worker at the hotel ate my Door Dash, had my drink behind the counter. That’s was very low class and unprofessional. I didn’t get compensated for the meal the the hotel worker stole.

“Would recommend this place for convenience in getting ti DC. Metro station about 3 bock walk ferom”
Food service is minimal. We ate only one time ...a simple quesadea and a blt sandwich was over 30. Staff is very helpful. As of Sept 1, they now charge $10 a night to park in their lot. I reserved the room well before that time and will not have to pay the new parkinf fee. Hotel is very quiet in rooms facing the street. Rooms to the rear will hear traffic noise off the interstate and tangle of highways directly in back.

We didn't order a breakfast, it seemed overpaid. But if you don't have much time to go somewhere for breakfast, it'll work for you. They serve breakfast from 7 till 10 am.

“Convenient”
Many times the breakfast offered was incomplete. IE sandwich offered with fruit, but the had NO FRUIT, so I asked for a second bottle of juice and they told me that was extra. Personnel were courteous, but not accommodating.
