“About what I expected.... like a luke warm cup of coffee... not great but you will drink it.”
room was clean overall. Stopper in tub didn't work, had to put a soap bar underneath it so it would drain while taking a shower.

“I was charged by your company booking. Com for 2 nights when I didn't even finish the reservation.”
Never received confirmation for stay because i didn't finish booking room.and was charged for 2 nights!! Didn't find out until I checked my bank statement. The next morning of supposed check in. I blame booking. Com not the hotel.

“What would make me go back is the level of customer service the front desk provides(Taylor) was G8”
I cannot stress enough how exceptional the front desk & kitchen staff were. Breakfast was okay. It was included in the price, and that is always good. I would suggest leaving out the coffee until at least 11:00 a.m. We did not always wake up in time to get breakfast. But having a little coffee would be great!! Taylor on the night/now evening shift was exceptional. She deserves a raise!!!
