This apartment is fabulous!! We loved everything about it! Even when we had trouble with the tv, it was looked at asap! We were the problem, ha, not the tv!!! The view is spectacular and within walking distance to surf clubs shops and straight across the road from the beach!! Price was fantastic, we will be back!!!

The view was spectacular -we had chosen it for that reason and it exceeded our expectations. We were close to the beach, coastal walking paths and cafes and restaurants.

This apartment proved to be a great place to stay for a weekend away – however, sadly the proprietors are lacking in just a few simple and easy things to make the difference of this being a five start review instead of the three-star review that we are a giving it! It is such a shame, as it is so close to being a perfect BnB, but sadly SunnyBnB do not appear to be able to take constructive criticism on board and instead just argue back about every bit of feedback without considering if there is merit in the words being spoken and offered by the visitors (I noted this in all of the reviews I have since read also). Let me tell you about our experience: - Spent 2.5hrs in traffic from Brisbane, arriving just before 6pm and was DYING for a coffee. Entered the apartment to find a coffee pod machine (YAY!) but sadly no coffee pods to be able to use it. Found 4 warn sachets of cheap instant coffee instead, and 4 tiny, tiny portions of UHT milk in the fridge - but no sugar. I messaged SunnyBnB to ask about the sugar, coffee pods and milk and was told they do not provide it (quote “to keep cleaning costs down” and that we needed to bring our own). I am unsure how sugar relates to extra cleaning costs and certainly have NEVER EVER stayed, even in a hotel, that does not provide sugar and items for a coffee and also mentioned that they do not explain this at all, else we would have. When I expressed them to this, they told us that there was a Coles 15mins drive away and we could buy our own. After spending 2.5hrs in the car driving to the Sunshine Coast in 2nd gear … we did not feel like getting back in the car. And for the first time, ever, I was unable to have a coffee in an apartment or unit I have rented. - One of the other things the proprietors also said in their reply to me was that they provide basic body wash and shampoo/conditioner as well as 2 rolls of toilet paper only per toilet on site. And the shampoo provided – a THREE IN ONE.

Good location. Facilities inside were ok. Cutlery not cleaned and pieces rusting.

Nothing. The block of apartments was old with no lighting on the busy street to find the block at night. The back street where the car park was accessed also was difficult to find with no lighting. No air-conditioning unit in the apartment. Dirty old carpet in the main bedroom.

The views were absolutely amazing, less than a minute walk to the beach and the beds were actually comfy which was a surprising bonus!
