He went out of his way to make us feel welcome, with invaluable recommendations and advice on places of interest and related recommendations. Breakfast is freshly prepared with local ingredients by the host himself. Highly recommended.

Clean and nice room. Luca made us absolutely great breakfast with home orange and lemon marmelade and a ricota cake. Luca told us lot of nice tips for trip.

The best Host ever

The host Luca was incredibly kind and welcoming and gave really good recommendations for the area. The room was large and comfortable and very lovingly decorated. Our favorite part was the breakfast with homemade jams, a delicious licious cake, good coffee and more. It was such a nice stay we regretted only being there for one night.

“Unpleasant shock”

I am shocked by the audacity of the host!!! He stole our wine and when I asked for a refund he came very close to my face and told me, “what is your problem!” Unacceptable behavior of the host Our stay at this B&B left a very negative impression. The host constantly touched without permission, got too close, blew air kisses, walked around in front of guests and served them wearing only shorts. He grabbed my hand very painfully, ruined my anniversary, completely ignored the guests, interrupted and laughed at their requests, and did not respect personal boundaries. The host loudly showed the room to guests who arrived late at night and talked loudly early in the morning, which made sleeping in this place very difficult. It was hard to get to the toilet, the lock on the room door didn’t work, and the house was always left open. The accommodation is located in Zeppara, a very small village with 200 residents, where there are no services – everything necessary is in the neighboring villages. However, the location indicated on Booking.com is completely different. All these shortcomings overshadow any positive aspects. We stayed here for a month and avoided interacting with the host for half the time, as there was no opportunity to change accommodation during peak season. This ruined our long-awaited and expensive vacation. Overall impression: the host pays special attention to Italian guests. He does not behave this way with them. With Italians, he is especially courteous, polite, and attentive. During the entire month in Sardinia, this was the only place where we encountered such bad and disrespectful, intrusive behavior towards us. The whole month we met a lot of pleasant people in Sardinia. This was the only one who spoiled our vacation. I am glad that this is over and I do not have to see this person again :)

The breakfast was unique, Luca really puts time and effort to prepare and serve the breakfast. Absolutely delicious. Luca is very gentle and gave us a lot of useful tips to explore the neighborhood.

Luca Is the perfect host, he helps you with travellers tips, he is always responsive and available. He prepared the best breakfast for us (including an amazing cake and fruit jams that he prepared himself). Highly recommended!
