“Not bad”
Clean bed linen is probably the only thing I liked. The old toilet and the terribly old shower, the dirty exhaust fan in the bathroom that makes such a loud noise that when you go to the bathroom at night, you feel like you’re back on a runway because of that old fan. A very friendly girl at the reception during the night shift. A very rude man at the reception in the morning who didn’t even sell me a coffee and told me to drink instant coffee. Overall, the hotel is relatively okay for the price, except for this strange, constantly dissatisfied employee.

The girl at reception was so kind, so helpful God bless her. We need more people like that at the reception. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name as we were so tired so exhausted. Short stay, nice room, close to airport very happy, water battle,bed, shower toilet light all you need.

Perfect for an overnight stay if you have an early flight at Krakow Airport. Open 24 hours for Check in. Rooms are clean and warm. Hot water for showers. All you need for an overnight stay

It is a very pleasant hotel for someone travelling from Krakow Airport, although a short taxi ride is necessary to get there if you do not have your own car. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very pleasant. I highly recommend this place.
