The staff was very friendly and accommodating, special dietary wishes were catered well. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room was modern and very cosy. The surroundings were beautiful, the hotel at the outskirts of a small village. The road going past the hotel was very quiet. The staff spoke English, which was a blessing for someone whose French is nothing to write home about.

“Superbe hotel and great restaurant”
I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel-restaurant. The welcome was warm and friendly, making me feel at home right away. The room was very comfortable, impeccably clean, and located in a peaceful setting—perfect for a relaxing stay. The restaurant was a real highlight, offering delicious dishes made with plenty of local products. The homemade foie gras was absolutely exceptional. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with excellent food and hospitality.

Wonderful peaceful location in the mountain meadows. Friendly staff, very comfy bed and very good food. Much quieter and more beautiful than busy St Jean Pied de Port.
