Quiet natural setting. All the conveniences we needed in a modern clean home

This place is very dirty and unhygienic. What management think is minor is in-fact disgusting I hate that they think that it is ok to only offer $247.50 refund when my 2 night stay was $990 and that my family were being unreasonable by leaving. Don’t ring the emergency number because nobody will answer or get back to you .Definitely don’t stay if you have any allergies to dust like my kids. I have included pictures of a couple of minor reasons that we left this property and decided we couldn’t stay here anymore. But I’m sure you can get the idea!! I am only allowed to post 4 photos but I also have heaps more filthy pictures.

Great location, had everything we needed. Very comfortable.

Property, bedding, kitchen, couch was not very clean. Damage to items around the house- the house is not being well maintained. I previously stayed here about 2 years ago and there was a big drop in standard (yet a huge increase in price.) I had to give the place a good clean before I felt comfortable and needed to wash every dish, glass before use. They limited Cleaning supplies- dishwasher tabs, toilet paper for the stay were left in a paper bag which I found unusual. Pick up of keys at reception took about 20 minutes- why not just have a lock box? But overall cleanliness was the issue- I paid $2600 for my week stay, I would expect the property to be clean.

“Relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.”

The location was perfect. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach…a quick, easy walk. The tranquility was much appreciated. Loved the view of the countryside out the back… The house had everything we needed, even a Nespresso machine & milk frother. It was very homely and easy to settle into due to a number of reasons e.g. to the furnishings, decor and abundance of kitchenware. There were condiments in the fridge and other provisions as well which were very welcome. We felt as if we had actually had a longer stay.

Fantastic location in quiet street with partial sea view from front deck. Spectacular view of hills and reserve from back of house. Well equipped Kitchen, gas fireplace as a highlight, modern house, comfortable beds, welcome pack a nice touch. We will be back thoroughly enjoyed our stay, wasn’t long enough.

Loved the gas fire on the cold days. The view to the hills was lovely, even saw some kangaroos passing by. Bed was very comfortable.

Bedrooms need heaters . Very cold .otherwise Amazing.
