When we turned up, I noticed that I had an email off YBC saying that they have had to put us in room 9. There was 4 of us there for work reasons and the room had a double bed, 2 singles and a sofa bed. When I said that I didn't book that room and that I booked 4 beds not a sofa bed. When I raised this with one of the workers there, I will be honest to say that the lady was very helpful and moved downstairs to room 4. Thank you for accommodating us.

The apartment was very clean, good heating so I was nice and warm. Very comfortable bed. Working gas hob, fan oven and microwave. All the utensils I needed and plenty of cutlery and crockery. I didn't use the washing machine but it was good to know it was there. I didn't use the TV either.

“Ideal location and great accommodation”
Availability of carpark and the location It was ideal the major shops and takeaways was within walking distance. The Apartment and the building was really clean. Definitely recommended and most definitely will book again if looking for accommodation in the Aldershot area.
