Very nice little scenic town on the river, many friendly ex-pats in the area. Breakfast included several options. The pool looked inviting but not yet swimming season. The room was spartan but clean. Unfortunately the Limit Zero zipline was closed for repairs of the recent flooding ☹️

“Great budget location for great peaceful stay with amazing helpful staff”
The staff are amazing very helpful and polite, easy going. The location is great very quiet and good views over the river and Alcoutim. Breakfast free and great start to the day. The shower water pressure and hot water very good.

“Clean basic accommodation”
There was plenty of food for breakfast but all very basic as you would expect for this type of accommodation. The pool looked very clean and inviting. A relaxed atmosphere. Beds were comfortable.

I hiked the Via Algarviana, they where at the same time 2 other hikers and even I booked a bed in the room, I got whole room for me, everyone does. So, it was amazing from hotel, when ist possible to do upgrade, they are do it. Really nice breakfast.

Stunning location on the Guadiana river. easy 10 minute walk into town. Fantastic swimming pool and breakfast was included all for 17 euros pp. Unbeatable. Will definately return

Great value for money! The price included a decent breakfast and access to a wonderful pool. If private rooms are available, I would definitely stay here again. The nearest beach is about a 40-minute drive away, and there’s also a bar on-site. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio was beyond my expectations.

“Highly Recommended”
We loved our stay at this youth hostel - don't worry they welcome young and old! We almost had the place to ourselves and it was so quiet. Situated on the edge of town we were lucky enough to have an ensuite room with a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was good and the pool was super clean and a good size too.
