Good quality rooms, slippers, bathrobe, double doors. It was nice and quite. Pillows and mattresses weren't too soft or too hard, just the right firmness to my taste. Just keep in mind it is quite isolated from everything so you'll need a car to move around otherwise you'll be loosing a lot of time with public transportation.

Overall the experience was fair. Unfortunately, no double bed was available on my arrival. After more than 1200 km on the road, was not in the mood to dispute that; arriving at the room cold as someone left the A/C unit in the lowest setting possible and then multiple long hair in the bathroom waiting for as to be remove. Do not ask for the type of bed you need if you are not willing to accomplish what you offer. Better to show just the room category and bed type available so I can choose to stay or not.

NH Alcorcon is a hotel conveniently located by the Alcorcon junction of the A-5 motorway. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich and varied (grabbing several slices of Jamon Cerrano is unmissable). The room was clean and very spacious. Parking was available at a reasonable extra price.
