“Polite owner, but small room and terrible bed.”

It was close to my desired location so that was good, but that was only plus for me personally. Metro line 10 is close. Fast support over booking.

“DO NOT GO THERE”

The assigned room was absolutely inadequate compared to the three-star rating indicated on your website: it was small and had clearly been converted from a storage room, with a window facing an interior courtyard and no airflow, exposed electrical wires hanging above the bed, all clearly not up to code. The only window in the room faced a closed corridor with no light or air. Upon arrival, there were no towels (which I had to request), and the hairdryer was only provided on the evening of the second day, after several messages. There was no reception. One of the two owners speaks only Chinese. However, the main issue was the absolute lack of security in the facility. The interior doors were very flimsy and locked with master keys; the main entrance door was equally fragile and had no deadbolt. During the first night, people were shouting in the hallways for hours, making it impossible to sleep. The situation escalated on the second night when I was forced to leave the premises to protect my personal safety. The occupants of the neighboring room (whose window was connected to mine) began fighting violently: I heard a man shouting and hitting a woman. I immediately contacted the owner, requesting intervention or that the police be called. She responded by downplaying the situation, saying they were "quiet people." Shortly after, the fight moved into the corridor, right in front of my door, with shouting and physical violence. I did not feel safe and decided to leave the facility immediately, in the middle of the night. I consider what happened to be unacceptable and extremely serious. Violence is not something to take lightly. I contacted the structure asking for reimbursement and booking, the structure didn't event bother to reply.

This is ideally located if you want to stay in Alcobendas, near the station and near the ATM residence. Staff are super friendly

The room was ok for one night, a fair price for the area. The smell in the room was nice, I can made an late check in. Thank you!

No frills but exactly what you need for a cheap stay

EVERYTHING! The owner is absolutely amazing and very kind. Very generous and understanding. The place is quite close to the metro and great food spots. The room is very clean and comfortable. They even come clean the rooms and provide toiletries as needed. Amazing people and great stay for those on a budget.

Owner - Cinthia really really nice and helpful. Private bathroom with towels, basic cosmetics. Good location if you need to stay in Alcobendas.
