The room was clean. The receptionist was very kind, he waited for us after check in hours and was very friendly. Breakfast was correct, a lot of pastries, cereal and coffee.

Luigi the host is super welcome he made sure we were treated right. The breakfast in the garden with beach view is fantastic.

Nice one night stay. The owner waited for us in the evening because of our flight delay. He sent exact info about the location, so we had no problem finding it. Safe parking behind fence. Room was spacious, clean and with big balcony. Breakfast was good in a nice outside ambiance. There is a good pizzeria in a walking distance.

Very clean and very comfortable. The host was excellent with all communication and it was very easy to find. Parking is perfect in the secure gated property.

The accommodation is situated on a hill, but you can walk to the beach and a few localities. Both our room and the bathroom were very large. We felt right at home. The whole hotel was very clean and smelled good. The breakfast is recommendable and the price is unbeatable. The host is friendly and attentive. We would recommend the accommodation to anyone. Gayfriendly.

“Wonderful first holidays with our little one, super recommended!!”

We stayed with our small baby for two weeks and Luigi and his lovely family welcomed us beautifully. Breakfast with local fruit and Sicilian delicacies was served in a lovely garden with the sea view and Luigi’s CAPpuccino was simply delicious :)) Everything was super nice and clean, our room was cleaned every day and bedsheets and towels were changed every couple of days- really nice service. In the evening we enjoyed little picnics and fresh air on the balcony. As a side note - wifi and safe parking on the premises are great added values. In addition, we also got great local tips on food and places to visit from our host!

Beautiful location with stunning view to the sea. The host was truly very friendly and kind, we appreciated his help greatly. Highly recommend this place to anyone, we will probably come back next year aswell.

The garden was amazing and the breakfast delicious, It was a very relaxing environment.

The view from our room was excellent. The breakfast included alot of fresh and tasty fruit. The host was very kind and helpful. Would recommend to stay a few days, if you are travelling through this area of Sicily.

“Nice view of the sea and excellent breakfast”

The apartment is in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the sea. The room with balcony that we had was clean, spacious, the staff is very friendly - they speak good English. The parking space is in their yard behind the fence. The breakfast is excellent - they have not only sweet things, but also salami, cheese, butter, jam, juice, coffee, tea,... You can eat breakfast on their terrace. Would recommend this apartments - especially if you have a car

The hotel is really cozy, clean, elegant and with a beautiful sea view. We have traveled with our little daughter 1,5 y.o. Recording our request the administration of the hotel have prepared a baby crib upon our arrival. We are very grateful for that. Actually its a very nice comfortable place for travellers with a children. In the yard of the hotel you can find some entertainments and furniture for babies. The room is well furnitured and polished like 3-4* star hotel. Everything works properly (air condition, mini fridge, TV, hairdryier). Breakfast is served in closed terrace, but half of the tables are situated outside. So its possible to have your breakfast and enjoy a sew view. Breakfast was served as a mini buffet with cheese, fruit, ham and really wide selection of pastry. The owners of the hotel are nice and not annoying people

“Perfect holiday!”

The hotel is charming, located in a quiet and peaceful location, and it has a nice view of the seaside. The breakfast offered in the morning was fantastic, and the staff was always very kind and helpful. They had private parking spots, so it was easy to park. The location is very strategic to easily reach several touristic destinations by car, but if you don't feel like driving, you can easily walk to the nearest beach (about 10 minutes).

House is situated in a very quiet area. Helpful host when we got lost on the way :) Fresh and tasty Italian breakfast whit savory bits, served in the garden with a lovely view. 10 min walk from a few nice restaurants located just by the sea. Clean room. Private Parking space at the property.

- breakfast: quality + quantity = really good and outside on the terrasse - the house is peaceful and calm - the host is kind and helpful! - close to the Castellammare railway station and very close to the beach
