It is a true 4 star resort experience. Spacy and comfortable room with great sea view. The staff on site was helpful and really friendly.

Resort La Battiga Beach and Spa was fabulous. The staff, the room with a sea view, and the pool were exceptional. The breakfast included everything you could possibly want to eat. We had a lovely day at the beach hotel too. We have to mention the shuttle driver who dropped us off at the bus station in Castellemare. He realised the bus wasn’t stopping there due to a festival and came back for us and drove us to the next stop to catch the bus. He was brilliant. This part of our Sicily holiday exceeded all our expectations.

“A fabulous place to relax and chill out”

This is a fabulous place to stay, especially the spa, had the best muscle massage ever, the lady was fantastic. Wish I could remember her name, she was amazing. The night porter Antonio was very helpful, and friendly. Kudos to all the staff there, they make the place. The place is very clean, food is brilliant, pool is outside and loungers available. We had a lovely swing and lingers on our balcony.

The hotel staff were all very attentive and helped us to plan our visits to local attractions. As we visited very earlier in the season, early April, a lot of the local restaurants were closed. However Castellammare Del Golfo was a very easy five minute drive away. The rooms, Spa, pool, restaurant and all the hotel facilities were spotlessly clean. Staff were always more than helpful even providing a late check out an no additional cost.

Thank you for upgrading our room. The resort was so clean and so beautiful. Had a really good sleep. We missed the breakfast so the receptionist who work for morning shift offer us coffee and some pastries when we check out. It’s was very thoughtful and kind.

Couldn’t fault the hotel at all. The room was nice and comfortable, breakfast had a good selection, the pool area was great and there was a good selection of food for lunch around pool and dinner in the restaurant. The beach that the shuttle takes you to is also lovely and there is a nice restaurant within walking distance. The hotel is around a ten minute drive to castellammare del golfo town and is around €20 each way in a taxi and there is nothing else in walking distance but perfect hotel if you’re prepared to pay taxi prices or hire a car. Would definitely recommend!

You have to walk across the railway tracks to get to the beach, and the beach is dirty out of season (the hotel itself is very nice).

A wonderful and authentic hotel. Friendly and professional staff, lovely location, quite rooms with a view of the sea. All areas of the hotel were very clean and the food was beautifully prepared and presented. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The beach is reached by the hotel shuttle service, which runs regularly. The spa is separate and therefore an additional payment, but the outdoor pool is perfect and has sun loungers and beds freely available. The hotel can arrange a taxi to take you into the local town which is about 3km away. We also arranged for the hotel to provide our airport transfers - very efficient both there and back.

The hospitality was truly exceptional. Clelia, Gianna, and the entire team, from the kitchen to the bar and restaurant staff, were incredibly warm, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Anytime we needed assistance or recommendations for activities, they went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome. The resort itself was clean, relaxing, and had a wonderful atmosphere for a couple’s getaway.
