“Very disappointing experience”
Very disappointing experience. After travelling over 6 hours by car from Alicante to Seville, we were exhausted and expecting a smooth check-in. The property’s check-in instructions were supposed to be sent at 3:00 pm, but we did not receive them until 4:30 pm on the day of arrival. As a result, we were left waiting for over 90 minutes at a nearby bar with no access to the property we had already paid for. Despite calling the property owner more than 10 times, we were unable to gain access or get any meaningful assistance. Eventually, we had no choice but to book alternative accommodation in Seville at additional cost. I requested a refund, but the property owner insists they did nothing wrong, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. This is a clear breach of expectations and basic hospitality standards. I have contacted Booking.com customer service to escalate this issue and hope it will be resolved fairly in favour of paying customers. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
