Overview
This design hotel is in the centre of Alcalá de Henares, with easy access by car to Madrid. The hotel has a hot tub, open in summer, with great views. The PCM Forum Alcala offers a flat-screen TV and soundproofing in all rooms. There is free WiFi throughout. The hotel has a nice terrace and a solarium on the rooftop that is opened during summer time. Actually closed. The PCM Forum Alcalá is a short walk from Alcalá University, one of the oldest in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Cathedral and the Cervantes Museum are also within walking distance. The Forum Alcala has a private car park, available at a daily cost. Barajas Airport is only 16 kilometres away. The hotel is set near the main roads. The IFEMA Exhibition Centre is a 20-minute drive away.

“One night stopover”
Clean hotel with good communal areas, fantastic rooftop terrace and pool will be fab when its filled. Room was comfortable just a little strange to have the bed in the centre of the room but did not affect our sleep we slept well. Location to town is a 10 min stroll with plenty to see, cafes, bars etc. Would stay again.

“A good hotel!”
Quite a pleasant hotel. We travelled to Alcala for work so didn't care much for pleasantries, however the hotel is very well located and only 10 minute walk from downtown, so no need to get an uber or whatnot. The staff was great, the room was very clean and we even had somewhat of a view. The only downside was the breakfast which we found to be rather poor, not much choice, and considering it was paid for it could've been much better.

The female receptionist was very cold on arrival and gave us a long list of rules as if we was children back at school, certainly wasn’t a warm welcome. You cannot even buy a coffee in the morning unless you pay for the hole buffet breakfast and they expect you to reserve in order to use the swimming pool.

“Super comfortable hotel but missing the detalis”
Very nice beds and quiet rooms(it was 37 degrees outside but the AC was basically soundless). I slept so well(and I usually don't at hotels). Nice with the pool and outdoor terrace. Good location fairly close to city center(10-15 min walk). Super nice breakfast(with Spanish measures) with lots of fruit, cheese, ham, eggs, vegetables etc.
