The spacious room, the user friendly walkin shower. Kitchen facilities excellent. Wife perfect. Outdoor area great. Secure entry.

Great place, historic flavor, great communication via WhatsApp, answered all questions quickly and promptly without ever having to see anyone. Big room on the main floor, great access to kitchen and location was within walking distance of the main historic city area which was awesome. Loved everything. A little tricky to find, but everything after that was perfect. Parking in the back and codes to get into everything easily at any time. Very quiet. Loved it!!!!!

The old structure, the design, everything was clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen organized. It was a great experience for two days.

Deluxe Suite No 3 was clean, cool and comfortable. The welcoming information about the access codes for the building and our room were very clear and user friendly. The location is terrific. The nearby Magistral Cathedral and the adjacent Plaza de los Dos Santos proved to be key markers that helped us to find our way around the very walkable and impressive UNESCO World Heritage University town. The Casa itself is a model of sensitive restoration. The foyer and communal seating area are very pleasing. The courtyard is very pleasant and has a table with a rather dodgy parasol.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, and the underfloor heating made it very comfortable temperature- it was cold on arrival but after a few hours was perfect. Spacious room very well modernised while keeping the historic elements.
