The location is fantastic & you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sun terrace is particularly great & accessible from the main bedroom. We were met at the property by the owner’s representative who was on hand for any issues throughout our stay & helped us with locating local services. We even had a bottle of Cava on arrival which was a lovely touch.

Lovely house in an enviable location on the front row of houses in this pleasant development. Super sea-views and a short walk down to the beach. Plenty of outdoor space with a terrace off of both bedrooms plus a small rear garden. Comfortably furnished and very comfy beds.

“Great house for a perfect beach holiday”

The house and location were excellent. A real beach house where you are just a few steps away from the ocean and an amazing beach (best one in the area) with a couple of great, super chilled chiringuitos to have great spanish food and drinks. The house is super comfortable and fully equipped with everything you may need for a pleasant stay (from a fully equipped kitchen to beach loungers and great barbecue set). The ocean view from the house is stunning, particularly from the upstairs relaxing terrace. We also enjoyed a lot the beautiful swimming pool where there was very few people (in august!) and a lifeguard for the kids. We stayed in the house with 2 kids (7 and 5) and it was a perfect family holiday. We will definitely be back.

Our stay in the beach house Loma del Rey 56 was a real relaxation! The immediate proximity to the beach is ingenious, and you were on it after less than half a minute's walk. The beach is wide and fine-grained. The view of the golf courses and the Rock of Gibraltar was a special highlight. You can even reach it after a 3-mile walk along the beach. A practical feature was the access to the beach by means of a combination of numbers, so you didn't have to take a key with you. This code is also valid for access by car and you also get an electronic key so that you can open the gate comfortably from your vehicle. As far as the house itself is concerned, it is possible to enjoy the view of the palm trees, the beach and the sea from both floors. We liked the architecture, which is reminiscent of a Moorish style. The showpiece of the house is undoubtedly the large living room on the ground floor, which is lovingly furnished partly with antiques and also has high-quality TV and sound equipment. The bedrooms – which each had separate bathrooms (even including a bidet!) – were also equipped with TVs. The Wi-Fi worked without complaint in all indoor and outdoor areas of the house. The rooms were cosy and generously furnished, so there was no lack of storage space for luggage. The beds were comfortable, and if you had the windows open at night, you could even hear the soothing sound of the sea. As for cleanliness, which was particularly important to us, there were no unpleasant surprises when we moved in, the handover of the house was uncomplicated and the local service provider, who spoke reasonable English, was very friendly. The kitchen was also functionally equipped, with various appliances, utensils and enough crockery. And if we didn't feel like cooking, we walked a few steps to the restaurant on the beach. In summary, we can recommend the beach house with a very good conscience, also under the aspect of the balanced price-performance ratio.
