The property was spacious, clean and well presented. In particular, we loved the outside space. It was beautiful. The pool was a good size. Slightly cold, but we did go in April. The bbq area was great as we had a bbq everyday and the kids also enjoyed having the table tennis table and pool table available. The villa was well stocked with a range of cooking utensils as well oven, microwave, toaster etc. I loved the addition of them having a speak which you could use to play some music inside or outside. The location was fantastic as well. The villa was situated in a peaceful location, however you could walk 12 minutes and be at Aldi and further 5 minutes and be at the top of the new strip. We also walked to the old town which took us about 40 minutes and then got a taxi back. Host was great as well. Easy to contact and explained everything to us. We will 100% be looking to return to this villa.

Everything!! The villa is even more beautiful than the photos! The garden and villa were so clean. Pool is huge The pool is huge. Location was excellent. We had a small problem with a door and the owner responded immediately and this was fixed quickly. Cleaner came mid week and we had fresh towels this has never happened before swith villa stays. Everything was so perfect

The villa was amazing. The pool was a very good size and depth. With lots of space both around the pool and in the grounds of the villa. The garden was kept in perfect condition. The entire villa was massive and had absolutely everything we could need. Plenty of utensils etc, even a coffee machine. I counted 4 dining tables around the property. Which is amazing for selecting somewhere different to eat. There was table tennis, American pool. Board games, cards, a Bluetooth speaker which got lots of use. 2 large fridge freezers, a massive kitchen. 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, clean towels which got changed half way through the holiday. A special mention to the cleaner who did an absolutely amazing job. The place was IMMACULATE. The decoration throughout was modern and stylish. We will definitely come back here. We did hire a car, but the new town strip was just a 15-minute walk, so it was perfectly do-able. ALDI just 10-12 mins walk, or 2 min drive.

Beautiful villa Excellent villa, cleaners came in ,changed linen during our stay , helpfully staff ,price of uba taxis were good to use anytime and beach visits , shopping etc , peacefully rest .children lived the pool .

The villa was very clean, well situated away from all the noise and bustle and an easy uber or taxi ride to everywhere which are not expensive. Beautiful pool and gardens and very spacious villa even for 7 or 8. We had a lovely time and would like to visit again!

Amazing amount of space (we had 4 adults and 3 children). Our second time at the Villa. Huge pool, big rooms, TV, wi fi, games, speaker, BBQ and kitchen.

The villa is so beautiful and spacious, the pool is a great size and everything is spotless. The host is so helpful and the communication is great. The location is lovely and quiet but within walking distance of shops/bars/restaurants and is easy for taxis to find.

The space and facilities were amazing and the outside area was fantastic. The host aloud us to stay for a few more hours for a late checkout as our transfer was a little later from the villa. The beds were really comfy and all bedrooms/bathroom are good sizes. Pool table was also a lovely addition!

“A beautiful villa for a family stay”

It was a beautiful villa - we had lots of space and plenty at our disposal - we had a pool table and table tennis as well as a large pool. The location also suited us very well as it was just a 20 minute walk from the strip. The villa was very clean and the cleaning ladies came again through the week to change our towels. We could not fault our stay at Villa João Paulo.
