Great location minutes from great restaurants and shops. Lovely big rooftop terrace. You can help yourself to tea, coffee, cooled water from fridge any time of the day. Very reasonable price. Would definately go back

A very good establishment, well located near the center but far enough from the hustle and bustle of Albufeira's wild nights to ensure peace and quiet. Guillherme is very attentive and offers good advice on places to visit. Clean room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. Thank you very much, it was perfect.

Close to the square but you couldn't hear any noise from it. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent directions to where we were stay.

“The right place in the old town”
This was simply excellent accommodation in a very good location. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Communication with the staff was exemplary. We generally prefer to stay in old, well‑established parts of town, and this place lived up to all our expectations.

“Great Service, Great Value, Great Location, Great Staff.”
The location is great, very near to the old town and beach yet still quiet. Parking is like 30m away and easily available and free. The room was spotless clean and attended for towels every day. Nice shared area and roof terrace to chill.

“Need improvements”
The location is good, at the heart of Albufeira, it has access to a shared free parking space, so it is quite good. The property itself is not bad, it has potential, if they can improve a bit the facilities. There are several rooms at the same level, with access to the common area and a patio, really good for an evening drink or for smokers. I guess is pet friendly, although I haven't checked. There are pictures made by the owner of the place - you can see his artistic journey through different techniques and ages. There's a guy responsible for parking that helped us find a parking spot and find the property as well. He offered to help with the luggage as well, but we managed that ourselves. Really good to have someone helpful in a new place. The AC (air conditioning unit) was good, effective and silent, I can't complain about that. We were alone on the whole property, which was nice, not because wasn't a popular accommodation, but we were the last customers of the season.

“A great place to stay when visiting Albefuera.”
The location was in the old town, with a view overlooking the sea. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the popular bars. Guilherme was a fantastic host, always available and friendly, in whichever language you speak. Breakfast was copious with plenty of homemade dishes. I highly recommend these apartments. Plenty nearby parking.

“Great time in Villa Argarvia”
We had a great time.Host made us very welcome.Had a tour round the villa and a lovely welcome drink.Taken personaly to our room.Which was spotless clean.Lovely clean beds and towels all changed every day.Staff were all very friendly.Breakfast was continental.Plenty choice and very fresh. Rooftop area was really relaxing with lovely views.

“Wonderful location”
The breakfast was really good with homemade tasting pastries, chorizo , breads, coffee , etc.. Greeted by Guiremiro very friendly and kind who had a special liquor toast waiting for us. Gave us a tour around property.
