The location was very beautiful, offering a wonderful view of the sea. The house itself was charming and cozy, ideal for a relaxing stay. There was a nice balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing outdoors. On the rooftop, there were sun loungers with a great view of the sea, which was a lovely feature.

Great communication with owner before our arrival. The house was very clean as was the linen and towels. A spacious bedroom and a nice hot shower. The roof terrace was brilliant as were the views. A very short walk and you are at the bars, restaurants and beaches. We will definitely stay here again.

Pérola do mar is a lovely house with fabulous views from the roof terrace. The house was immaculately clean, very comfortable, lovely soft towels and the WIFI signal was excellent. It was really good to have items such as dishwasher capsules, washing up sponge and a tea towel! We have stayed in many places without these basics! Many thanks Patrick, we would not hesitate to book this house again.

Prime location for the old town with an amazing view over the sea. Communication from the host (Patrick) was very good and access was easy with the key safe code. Our first night we were treated to a spectacular fireworks display off the pier and we had the best view on the upper terrace. The property had everything we needed with the beach, restaurants, shops and bars all within very close walking distance.

The two outdoor terraces were fantastic and when we had a little issue with the hot water Patrick, without hesitation, offered to book us into a hotel. We declined that as the water wasn't freezing cold and it only really affected us when showering. It was bearable, but Patrick's response was brilliant. Waking up to the sound of the waves was magical. Although the house is in a very quiet area, bars and restaurants are only one or two minutes away as are numerous shops. The Marina is an easy fifteen or twenty minute stroll.

The location, the terrace, the view, the owners attitude, the beds, the wifi and the air conditioning. The size was good and the place felt a bit more modern. The sound of the waves in the background was extremely nice.

“Lovely House with Beach View”

A lovely 'upside down' property in the perfect location - almost on the beach. And just a short walk to the main area where there are many bars and restaurants. Good having bedrooms downstairs where it is cooler. Also great having two terraces - one with table and chairs and a separate lounge off with a huge tv, and then the roof terrace - great for sunbathing. The kitchen is well equipped and also has a dining table and chairs.

“Absolutely loved the house and it’s location”

Excellent location and good sized terraces. The house has been renovated and modernised but has managed to keep its old world charm. Had a lovely relaxing 10 days here and would highly recommend the property. The owner , Patrick,was both informative and easy to communicate with.
