We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Viktoria gave us a warm welcome – she was very kind, helpful, and took the time to show us everything we needed to know. The apartment itself is very well equipped and thoughtfully furnished. The location is simply perfect: direct access to a swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, and an absolutely stunning view of the sea. An elevator that takes you straight down to the seaside. From there, you can enjoy lovely walks along the coast and choose from nearby restaurants. We truly loved every moment and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment - airy and comfortable and very well equipped. Area by the pool was lovely (pool was generally quiet). Lots of useful things available in the apartment - our favourite was beach chairs.

Key collection was very easy. Having arrived earlier than expected, Viktoria met us at the apartment earlier than the check in time to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment and how to get to the parking and beach. Great location, furbished to a high standard with everything you could possibly need for a week! We received a message from Viktortia during the week to check our stay was okay and if we needed anything. Once out of the apartment block the walk to the beach was less than 1 minute! Plenty of restaurants and bars at reasonable prices on the door step.

Modern, clean and cozy apartments. Nice pool. Elevator to the ocean and private parking. Special thanks to Victoria, she showed and explained everything.

We loved everything about this property, it was in a great location, flat was spacious and clean, the terrace was fabulous as very few people used the pool when we stayed. The lift saved a lot of steps and steep climbs.

Has everything you need and more. Beautifully decorated and fabulous location both in terms of the complex and proximity to bars, restaurants and the beach. . Spotlessly clean and very well presented. The host Viktoria was amazing, came to our rescue twice which was way way appreciated.

Apartment was equipped with everything we needed it was clean and bright comfy bed too and the terrace with sea views was lovely. Host Viktoria was very welcoming showed us around the apartment and took time to also show us how lift worked and where to go for access to beach and shops/restaurants which are close by.

Lovely clean modern apartment. Great location just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Pool area was nice and never too busy, plenty of sun beds. Good communication before we arrived from Viktoria. We will definitely return!

The apartment was exactly as advertised, it's new with all amenities, very close to the beach with amazing view.. We met with Viktoria who was really friendly and very helpful. The staff made contact before my flight as well guiding me through taxes and such. Our stay was fantastic and we would definitely recommend. The area caters really well for visitors.

Location was excellent. View of the sea in the morning was amazing. Short walk down to the beach, which was a fantastic beach. Great walks along the beach at low tide to the neighbouring beaches. Restaurants in the area were great and good value.

Great apartment with extensive and high-quality furnishing and equipment. Even details such as a beach mat, parasol and folding chair for the beach have been thought of. Safe parking at the in-house garage is included. We really enjoyed our stay and the location close to the beach. Many thanks to Viktoria for her support and for being constantly available for us!

“Beautiful apt, great location for beach lovers”

We were greeted with a warm welcome by Victoria who showed us everything we needed to know re the apt and parking, she WhatsApped us the next day to make sure everything was OK, very thorough. Apt is newly refurbished with a full kitchen if you want to cook. Very comfy beds with great linen, we slept the whole night, every night. Apt has a safe, Nespresso cafe machine, microwave and fridge freezer, washing machine and dish washer. The apartment lift takes you to Olhos de Água and on to the beach. Each morning we took Cliff walks both east and west and returned via the beach. The landscape is stunning, similar to Big Sur in California and with little beach cafes/bars/restaurants along the shore to pause and have a drink. Lots of restaurants within 1 mins walking distance in both the lower and upper part of the old fishing village Olhos de Água and all were excellent. Large Intermarche supermarket 8 mins walk, bus stop to Albuferia 5 mins walk, Chinese run shop that sells “everything” 3 mins walk. Outdoor seating area with awning for full shade if desired. Light collapsible beach chairs are provided. I’d highly recommend this property and would return to this stunning place.

Everything. Great welcome by Victoria, excellent location, ocean view from the spacious terrace and from the apartment, very clean, great equipped (kitchen and everything else!), very quiet (didn’t have any direct neighbors while there). Nice bay, great landscape, many hiking possibilities, supermarkets & restaurants all in walking distance, easy and quick access to the beach (3 min - stairs or elevator to the little center of Olhos de Água). Would happily stay there again.

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment was stunning and well equiped. Brilliant wifi and even had a good quality Bluetooth speaker. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable, as is the fold out bed in the living room. The shower was great too. Our contact Viktoria was an amazing and friendly women and I cant thank her enough.💞
