The best location. Quiet yet less than 5 minutes walk to beach/supermarket/main central area restaurants and bars. Fabulous communication from host. Perfectly equipped house, everything you could need. Wonderful outside spaces.

Everything! Location was great, lovely pool, quiet, clean, had everything (and I mean everything) you could need. Host was super responsive to any messages and even lent us some beach towels and chairs! Will 100% be staying there again if available :)

Very close to beach, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket - all within 5 minutes walk or less. The area in general was very clean, lovely beach with areas to hire sunbeds etc and areas to bring and use your own. Lovely promenade to walk along during the day or evening. Around 10 restaurants along the seafront but lots more on the streets surrounding the beach. The accommodation outdoor space has a beautiful garden providing a built-in barbecue, dining table with 6 chairs with overhead retractable canopy, a smaller seating area with 4 chairs with large parasol, 2 sun loungers, 2 electric fans, a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer, 3 washing lines plus a laundry airer and a shower. The roof terrace was fabulous providing a sink area, coffee machine, mini fridge, a dining table with 4 chairs and overhead retractable canopy, a seating area with 4 chairs and a raised table with 3 bar stools with the most incredible view of the sea and coast up to Calpe which by far exceeded our expectations - we spent a lot of time here in the evening having a cocktail or a glass of wine. In the house itself - a lovely modern kitchen with a coffee machine, huge fridge freezer and automatic ice cube/water dispenser, modern bathrooms with showers, spacious bedrooms and air conditioning pretty much throughout the property. The communal area was also fantastic, lovely friendly neighbours, the pool cat Esmerelda (Esme) was the sweetest friendliest cat I've ever known, 2 sun loungers, a table with 4 seats, a shower and a really lovely inviting walk-in pool. The surrounding grounds are filled with bushes and plants, so all in all a lovely environment. Free parking on the streets surrounding the property - in high holiday season we always still got a space. Stefan the host was lovely and more than happy to answer any questions we may have had during our stay and even provided beach towels and beach chairs.

The house was in the perfect location. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The garden area to the rear of the house was beautifully kept and a great spot to spend time. The sun terrace boasts fantastic views. The pool in the courtyard was lovely. Overall, the house had everything we could need. We were made to feel incredibly welcome and I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to return in the future.

“Marvellous House in a super location”

Fabulous house in an absolutely wonderful location with stunning views from the roof terrace. There was also a good size, charming pretty patio garden that was very sunny. A lovely looking pool as well. Well appointed house with marvellous views. Lovely hosts who could not have been more helpful. We will definitely return.
