A lot of thought had gone into this property. Everything was high quality and well presented. The service Andrea provided as host was fantastic. He was extremely helpful, tentative and offered guidance on the local area that was very valuable.

Everything was fantastic. Andrea is the best host. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Dogs are also welcome. We'll happily come again.

“Amazing place to stay if you want to visit the region”

The host Andrea was very friendly. You can tell that he’s pouring his heart into his B&B! Very clean and nice rooms. The tram is just a 3min drive away you can park there for 1€ a day and can easily reach Padua and Venice :)

The host was honestly one of the kindest and most supportive hosts one can imagine! But I don't want to spoil things, you have to experience it for yourself :) Legend says, he still didn't sleep..

The host is very friendly and happy to help with our requests. Surrounding is quiet and it is perfect for relaxation.

“Calm and peaceful”

The host was very kind and helpful. He came to pick us up immediately when he knew we couldn't find the bus stop. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Every morning when we went to the kitchen, the host would make us tea/coffee and gave us some snack :)

The house was quirky with loads of space and the little touches like water in the fridge etc was very thoughtful. The host was great! He was super accommodating and even gave us an extra two bedrooms free of charge so we could have more space and privacy (we were a group of 3 x couples and had booked the 2 bedroom flat). Location was perfect for us as we were visiting family but also really close to Padova and the tram stop. There's also some shops and nice restaraunts nearby. Plenty of parking space too - we had 2 cars and it wasn't a problem. The tortoises were super cute!! Thank you for our wonderful stay, we would definitely stay again!

Safe parking space, good atmosphere and peaceful surroundings. The room was neat and clean with comfortable bed. Very friendly and hilarious host that will make your stay pleasant and will take good care of you. Aria is the sweetest dog to cuddle. Next time we come for a Campari ;)

Very nice family run hotel. Impeccable cleanliness, large bathroom, excellent plumbing. Comfortable room and very good air conditioning. For us it was important because we are traveling with a dog. It takes 10 minutes to reach Padua by car. Andrea is a very caring and hospitable host. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The best.

Lovely owners and great hospitality.

Andrea was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. He messaged before our arrival and waited for us by the gate. One morning, he even ran to the nearby store to get us local tickets. All in all, quite obliging and a wonderful experience.

the place was new and modern, some parts of the house are still a work in progress as well. room was spotless clean and warm. bed super comfy. inside parking and Many common rooms. pretty quiet at night too and good neighborhood

We stayed in a beautiful loft apartment under the roof with terrace. Everything looked very new. All rooms are spacious though the ceiling is quite low. The room has a small simple kitchen that avoids the necessity to use the shared kitchen downstairs (at least in our case). The house owner is nice, welcoming and helpful. There was an Xbox with a couple of computer games. I guess that's the reason why our kids liked this accommodation the most :-) The city center of Padua easily is reachable by car in less than 15 mins. Ali supermarket & pizza takeaway just behind the corner.
