The hotel itself is generally good, but unfortunately our experience with the reception staff seriously affected our stay. We already described the situation in detail in the Booking.com chat, so I do not want to repeat everything here, but I would like to draw the owners’ attention to the level of service and communication. The receptionist on the day of our arrival was very cold, unfriendly and completely uninterested in helping guests. It was difficult to communicate or solve simple issues because he could barely speak English and did not really try to assist or find solutions. Fortunately, the next day there was another young man at the reception who was much more welcoming, smiling and client-oriented. He significantly improved and softened the overall impression of the hotel. I hope the owners pay attention to how important the reception experience is, especially for international guests, because first impressions truly matter.

It renovated, clean and on a good location if you are coming by car. To the center you need 30 min walk.. There are a poll and sauna.

Stayed here for 3 nights while a family member was in Albertville Hospital following a ski accident. Great value for money, very comfortable beds and the late night staff were really helpful and spoke English very well.
