Overview
Located 1 km off the IP2 motorway, Malhadinha is a rural manor set among pristine natural surroundings. It features a panoramic pool, spa with hot tub and hammam, free Wi-Fi and free bicycles. Rooms at the Herdade da Malhadinha Nova - Relais & Châteaux have white-washed walls and tiled floors. They combine designer furnishings with rustic finishings. The venue is excellent for someone to disconnect and be in nature 24/7. The food was outstanding as well the amazing wine. Pedro was an amazing waiter for us as well. The kids enjoyed the animals, the wine tasting tour was very nice as well. Amazing venue away from the city rush. We got upgraded due to a AC issue, the whole team was amazing in accomodating us.

The staff in the Terracotta property we were in were very helpful and charming, without them the stay would have been unbearable. Breakfast was good and provided in the accommodation by the friendly and helpful staff.

The products used for preparing the meals were good and obviously there's an effort to get locally sourced fruits and veggies There are so many activities available for kids and adults as well and the staff doing the activities for kids are very friendly The vineyard and orchard and olive trees areas are clean and well maintained

The welcome from reception and the support in sorting out our lunch and wine tasting. The service and quality of food in the restaurant was superb. The wine is also fabulous and we enjoyed our tour of the vineyard and our tasting experience. Such depth and variation from a young vineyard. The staff are all wonderful, knowledgable, enthusiastic and helpful. They clearly love their work and ensuring the guest experience is the best. The family who own and run the vineyard, hotel and restaurant seem totally committed to its success and are clearly very proud of their achievement. We met two members of the family who were genuinely interested to know we were having a great time.
