We loved everything! The food is really delicious, great variety of fish, meat (i'm really pissed that I missed the lamb 😆) vegetables, fruits, there is also a raw vegan section/isle 10/10 The staff, really helpful, always smiling. 10/10 TIP: reserve at least with garden view, it's worth it! 😉

“Good stay in Albena”

This is my 3rd year in Amelia Hotel, since they reopened it. It remains a good quality hotel, with clean, large modern rooms, good offer at the restaurant and polite staff. Overall, it was a good and relaxing stay, Amelia & Paradise Blue remaining the best hotels in Albena.

“Great vacation”

Everything was perfect, the food was good, included drinks were good (not top shelf, but not cheap stuff either). The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. The facilities included were great, as well as the pool with the included aqua park.

- Great location - Luxury rooms with big beds and living space, big bathroom and balcony. Good quality bed linen and towels. - Tasty and varied food at the buffet restaurant. Plenty of food which is always replenished and lots of fruit and salad options which we loved - Late breakfast and afternoon snacks options - Lobby bar doesn’t get busy so ideal if you want some quiet drinks - Big beach area with many sunbeds and lots of space between them which was amazing (note only 2 sunbeds and parasol per room, if you come with kids and need extra you have to pay)

1. The room wasn’t ready at 15:10. We didn’t even get a coffee for the time we had to wait. 2. The staff should be more qualified. We had the impression they were trainees. 3. We wanted to make a reservation for the Pizza. They told us that unfortunately everything was booked out. We’ve checked in the restaurant and actually it was almost empty. 4. We did a reservation for Montgolfier restaurant and we were surprised, that we were allowed to order only from the half of the menu. 5. There were also other points which were absolutely no go for a 5* hotel with ultra all inclusive.

Liked the food , and the rooms were spacious.The beds were super comfortable. The staff was really attentive and helpful. Andy was particularly helpful.

Big, modern, comfortable rooms, very good restaurant. Well equipped fitness center, but a bit small for the guests of 2 hotels.

Almost everything was perfect! The room was clean and big! Foods was very good and tasty!

Great location, great staff especially Andy “The Bell Boy” great guy, helped us with everything! Very professional! We got free extra update for the room, receiving an apartment instead of a room.

Rooms were great and extremely comfortable, especially the bed! Pool had small water slides, which were great!
