The location is the best possible - first line on the beach. Food was excellent - great choice of nice food for ultra all inclusive. Generaly, the service was great!

Very friendly staff, various food, the sea and the sand are gorgeous. Clean rooms, sheets and towels. Location very nice, the pools were clean, kids loved the disco.

The restaurant food was great, a lot of options, clean, well restocked. The pools were clean as well, and the beach was very close.

“The location is the best thing.”
The best thing about this hotel is the location, on the beach. It is hard to beat this. The food is good, you can't complain. Good variety. They have a pool which is nice, the sunbeds are included in the price which is great but for the first two rows of sunbeds you have to pay. The asian staff is really nice.

“Good value for money”
I was positively impressed by the location of the hotel (on the beach), and how everything is organized in the Albena resort. We travelled by car and could easily find a parking spot, in a location recommended by the hotel. Also, we were able to pay the parking tax at the hotel (it's a resort tax). The beach is very clean, with fine sand and a smooth entrance into the sea, perfect for small children. The tourists are represented mainly by families with children and seniors. There is no loud music, so the atmosphere is peaceful and chill. The architectural style is rather old (it was built in the '70s and refurbished more recently), and it looks ok. It is not fancy, nor luxurious, but the rooms are large, the beds were comfortable and clean. I believe the hotel offers a good experience for tourists willing to have quiet and decent holiday, close to the sea and everything at hand.
