Overview
Flamingo Grand Hotel & Spa is located in the central part of Albena and offers an indoor pool and an outdoor pool with a mini splash park for children. “Excellent hotel for a cozy Valentine’s day”
Room 642 is amazing, very nice space, warm inside, balcony with very beautiful view, breakfast and dinner is good, lots of choices. Spa and pool is good quality ( Steam bath, dry bath, shower and ice, etc).

Even though we visited the hotel off-season, in May, it was a good getaway for a couple of nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful, so I would consider them the greatest asset of the hotel. Rooms are very spacious, enough for a baby to crawl around. The spa area is prertty small for such a large hotel, however, there was only one other person there at the time we went. If the weather was better we would have definetely visited the beautiful beach.

We are a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The food was great, the spa was clean and at good quality. We tried a few massages - they offer different techniques - Bulgarian, Baleese and Vietnamese. All of them were superb, thank you! They also offer a hot mineral pool facility which was a great relaxation! We will definitely visit again.
