A lot of nature! 3 pools, clean everywhere, the stuff is super friendly, the bar restaurant from beach (very handy to grab a bear on the beach). Attention to detail, accommodation, sanitary objects, furniture and so on.

I think this hotel offers the best value for money. Firstly, it’s located just 100 meters from the water park, and entrance is included in the price. For families with children, it’s a win-win option. If you want to go to the beach, there’s a shuttle running quite frequently, but it’s also only about a 10-minute walk. One of the hotel’s undeniable advantages is the staff. Everywhere we went, the people were friendly and ready to help. I especially want to mention Evgeny Vanchukov. My kids were thrilled that he managed to greet every guest personally and ask how they were doing. He also helped us resolve a couple of issues very quickly. In the restaurant, all the waiters were smiling and ALWAYS checked if they could clear the plates. The older gentleman at the bar deserves special praise — he always lifted everyone’s spirits! I’d rate the staff 6 out of 5, as they often make all the difference for a good holiday. As for the facilities, the hotel has a pool, a spa center, and a volleyball court. The room was also quite nice: clean, with comfortable beds, a balcony where you can relax, and toiletries provided. The food is fairly repetitive, but there’s plenty of it, and there’s always something for both kids and adults to choose from. All in all, I sincerely recommend this hotel.

The check-in was delayed without any reason at 14.00. I arrived at 12.00 with 2 kids and they refused at least to prepare my papers and to give me the key at 14.00. When I come back at 14.00 it was extremely crowded so I had to delay another hour. This time my kids wanted to go in the room. I requested from booking an double bed room plus a single bed and i received 3 singles. Another hour to wait till a new room was ready. The ladies at reception were rotating their eyes when they see me... it was like I was their colleague. The room was small but clean and cozy. I did not like the shower, too small. The food was ok, not to many choices but tasty and you could find something for every taste. Typical Bulgarian dishes. The hotel in old but they are trying to maintain it. The bartender need more skills.
