“Very good experience”

The hotel was clean, and it was near the cent also there is kind girl working on the reception and the staff were amazing every day the cleaning stuff where visiting our room also there is a guy working in the kitchen time of the breakfast servicing. He was very kind helpful and smiley in total that hotel was amazing and clean. Everything was good about it you just you just pay the tax when you leave and that’s it. Even the parking is free. Everything is near and the view of the building was it very nice on how you can see the city very well yeah it was quite good.

We spend one night to the hotel I think it’s a matter of health to make sure no room is like ours . Lots of humidity and mould on the walls ,that are falling apart slowly slowly . As you can see on the pictures even the bathroom materials are in bad shape . It’s like no one cares about this hotel . The staff are the last ones to blame eventhow they gave us this room . Seriously the least they can do is give back the money we paid , which I don’t think is gonna happen . Just look at the pictures . Just because you turn up the heat at the maximum level doesn’t mean it disappears the problems .

Very good breakfast. I liked very much the chocolate croissants and those other chocolate shells. Amazing coffee plus amazing view!

There was no soundproofing in rooms as it’s make a bit noisy

The hotel is very comfortable and cozy, with excellent beds, convenient parking, and a great breakfast selection. Everything is well thought out, and the value for money is absolutely spot on. The location is also very convenient, making the stay even more enjoyable. What was especially valuable and truly pleasant is not only the highly professional, attentive, and courteous staff, but also the exceptional involvement of the hotel manager. The manager demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, provided extensive and thoughtful assistance, and was genuinely helpful even with matters not directly related to accommodation. This level of care, attention, and human involvement made the stay feel truly special! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Have you seen the movie The Shining? This is exactly what this hotel looks like. Looks completely abandoned. We struggled to find the entrance. Very spooky. We left and found another hotel.

Quiet hotel in relation to the location. Very friendly staff. Restaurant and breakfast were good. clean and large enough room with parking space in front of the rooms. we were offered a covert parking space without additional fee.

The room was cleaned every day. You have a private parking and it’s 15 minutes away from Como. The breakfast was nice, you could choose out of many things. Me and my husband were both happy about our stay

But the pancakes were perfect! Thanks to the staff who offered it when almost all other food was out. Coffee was OK! The panoramic view was magnificent!
