“Lovely hotel with stunning views.”

The location was superb in the old town with incredible views. The property is very close to the car parking area which is accessed by coming through the tunnel then bearing a sharp right up a winding road to the car parking area. The breakfast was of a high quality and comprised of locally sourced produce with really delicious croissants and quince. You can access Netflix on the room tv which i appreciated as I was ill for a day. Wonderful hosts too.

This place is a little gem! The rooms are beautifully appointed and the view from ours was spectacular. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is delicious. Parking is available nearby for a small cost.

“Small, family-owned hotel”

The location of the hotel in the old part of Albarracin is perfect (only 2-3 min walk from the public parking). And the spectacular view from our window :-) The breakfast was very good (particularly the croissants!). Netflix was also available (normally I would not mind but we got sick and stayed the whole day in the room, thus watching one of our favorite series seemed to be a good option).

Our favourite stay in Spain. La Casa del Tío Americano is set in a stunning location with incredible views over Albarracín. The town is absolutely beautiful, and the hotel is ideally placed to explore it. The rooms were spotless, the beds very comfortable, and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the old town was a real treat. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, peaceful, comfortable bed and great, friendly hosts. Plenty of choice for breakfast and quality produce....the croissants were so good! Close to carpark and hosts will meet you if needed to find carpark but it was easy to find with GPS. €4 for 24hrs.

Very strategic location in the heart of Albarracin: Very easy to reach with a short walk from a nearby parking and perfect starting point to explore the area. The amazing view on the cathedral and the river from the terrace is a great plus.

“Excellent stay in a beautiful old building with helpful friendly staff/owner”

Excellent stay in a really atmospheric old building in the heart of the old town. It felt like a privilege to stay in one of the beautiful old houses. In the height of summer the house was the perfect temperature. Spacious with a sitting area, super clean en suite and a gorgeous view from the balcony. The owner and her assistant were lovely and helped me arrange a taxi at a reasonable rate when I decided it would be a crime to leave early at 8.30am for the one bus a day to Teruel. The town is like a different world and so interesting with some lovely walks. Don’t hesitate to stay here, it was lovely. The photo is the view from my room!

- the location and the terrace is absolutely fantastic! - you can sit there and enjoy the best view in the city - the staff is very very nice - great advantage of this place. - breakfast rich and super delicious - very very clean PS there is a parking next to the entrance of the town (the hotel team will guide you), only 4€ per day and 150m from the hotel :)
