Ann provided a very nice continental breakfast for us to help ourselves to at a time that suited us. There were also added thoughtful touches to make our stay very comfortable. She is a very hospitable and welcoming host. The house is in a very quiet location, enabling us to get a good night's sleep.

“Modern venue with homely touches”
Pretty much everything. The venue was very modern but with lots of little homely touches. Very large bedroom with full, roomy ensuite. Separate lounge area with facilities to make a hot cuppa. Anne was quite friendly without imposing herself. Quiet neighbourhood location a few kms from the centre of town but quite easy to find and get to.

“A warm welcome and a very comfortable stay.”
We felt very much at home: the hostess was lovely and the apartment was immaculate, with every detail attended to, including Netflix. And there was a nice breakfast 👍

“A beautiful place with superb service”
Ann's communication is great and made us very welcome. Her place is beautifully set up, with comfy bed, nice bathroom, spacious and nicely furnished lounge. The breakfast is healthy. Little personal touches like nice cakes and chocolate, local photo books and lovely chattings gave us feeling of home away from home. We are also super impressed by her beautiful gardens. It is definitely one of the best B&B we have ever stayed. Highly recommend it.

The break fast was simple, frugal and suited us, our host Ann saw to it that the breakfast bar was always topped up for use at our convenience. The homely, spacious and neat rooms and facilities was something beyond our expectations.
