Location was super fantastic. Close to cafes and beach and restaurants. Snuggled into the side of the hills. Really appreciated the welcome gift. Such a nice touch. Delightfully snuggly blankets too.

Everything was great, from the sheltered parking to the rooms and toilets and the welcome gift! kitchen is wholly sufficient and the location is fantastic as it is away from the main roads but still a very reasonable distance to the town centre and walking distance to Middleton Beach. Great place to drive to spits like Emu Point, the city centre, and other more popular areas like The Gap.

The Property was very comfortable, large bedrooms, good kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Everything was available- crockery, pots and pans etc. On arrival a bottle of complimentary red wine and Pringle chips which was most enjoyable and appreciated after a long drive.

Lovely location just a quick walk to Middleton beach and a number of shops and straight I the road to there Anzac museum and beautiful ocean scenery. The complex is secluded and very quiet. The unit is well appointed and very clean.

The location was excellent, close to beach, cafes & tavern (for evening meals).The villa was fabulous. It was clean & comfortable. Correspondence with owner was effortless. A couple of things to note: one of the bedrooms is mezzanine style so people in lounge can hear you & you can hear them & parking is a bit tight for a large vehicle.

The location to Middleton Beach, Albany and its attractions is amazing. The home is very clean and provides all the comforts of home. The host provided a surprise Easter Basket full of goodies that we enjoyed over the long weekend. The host was also very attentive to text messages to make sure we were able to check in to the property without fuss.
