“disappointed”
Light in the living room burned out, glasses were dirty inside the cupboard and the television in the room didn't work. In the small gym with few equipment.

Wonderful customer service from the staff! I think the name of the staff member who checked me in was named Destiny - she was incredibly gracious, patient, professional and welcoming. She did an outstanding job of welcoming me to the property and i appreciate her strong level of customer service. All of the other staff members I encountered were great too.
