The downtown location is convenient. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful

“Nice place in the heart of the city”
Hotel is in the center of Albany. Everything is in walking distance. Calm city with a lot of hostorical and beautifull buildings. Some nice restaurants. Little fintes they have and cleanliness is important for hotel management, which is positive.

Very good breakfast, with good choices. The location was just right, especially as we were travelling by public transport, so it was easy to get to the main sights.
