“Terrible”
This morning, a man unexpectedly broke into my room at six o'clock without asking for permission, which really freaked me out. Fortunately, I had locked my door before going to bed, so he couldn't get in. When I asked him who he was, he claimed to be front desk staff and said that this room should be unoccupied, so he came to check on it. I explained to him that the lady who opened the room for us had given us a replacement because the last one had a wet, moldy smell. After that, he just left without offering any apology. It was insane and completely unacceptable. How could they do something like that?

“Was quite nice.”
Breakfast - The make-yourself-fresh waffles with blueberries and strawberries were great. Cream cheese for toast was a nice addition. Just don't eat the hot food. The room was clean, beds were good. The check-in young woman (forgot her name) was amazing, friendly and on her break, we had a lovely chat. The staff was wonderful generally.

The pool was out of service. And the doors coming in and out of building didn’t stay locked, and also the door to the hotel was difficult to close all the way so we accidentally left it unlocked/opened the first time we left the room.

Room was very noisy. There was a loud noise and vibration from either machinery or plumbing that lasted for about 15 minutes every hour or so throughout the night.
