This is the most famous place up in the mountains and quite remote. The owners of the farm are charming, the views and birds and flowers were amazing. And the facilities and food also great - all home grown and home made. I could have stayed for 2 weeks!

Breakfast was deliciuos. The house was a little bit far away from the main road but it looks back in the price. The room was.perfect for three or four persons. We could get some really fresh milk from the housholder's cattle😊

This is definitely a perfect place to stay when visiting Odzun and Alaverdi area (especially for travelers with a car). Nice mountain view, comfortable accommodation, but the most important thing is outstanding hospitality offered by hosts here. They are extremely friendly and helpful, they served us with delicious breakfast in the morning, and made sure we had everything needed.

The staff are very friendly. It is located at the end of Amoji village, quiet. Very beatiful garden. It was very clean. There was a small kitchen in common area. We ordered breakfast (2000 drum per person) which was very delicious and served on the bench in garden. You can see a rural living there. You can park you car in the yard. There are electrical socket near bed. There was an electrical heater in tent

“Idilic Armenian countryside”

We wanted to spend one night due to its proximity to the Sanahin ans Haghpat monastries, but we stayed two nights, after discovering what a beautiful place this is. The hosts are a lovely family, extremely helpful, sympathetic, kind and discreet. The views are amazing, its quiteness is a balsam for the spirit and the sorroundings allow for a lot of activities. We asked for breakfast and dinner and they were simply delicious. They are served in the porch with amazing views. Note: I sm writing this commentary in English, since my mother tongue (Catalan) is not admitted, of which I protest.

If you are staying at odzun,go a little further and stay here.it is much better than odzun.With breathtaking views,the sounds of animal.it is perfect place to get closer to nature..I recommend ordering dinner.The food is very delicious and portions are incredible.

We were welcomed with coffee and cookies, lovely hosts. Spacious and clean apartment. Quiet at night. Nice view from the terras. Perfect breakfast with local products.

we loved our stay, the view was awesome and the bed was clean and the little house was very cosy and nice. People were great, and the food was great. Only the wifi didn't work too well, but my mobile internet worked very well

“Like being on safari in Africa !”

We stayed in the little house in the garden, it’s lined inside like a tent and the floor is wood panelled. Felt like being on safari in Africa. You can see the mountains from bed. After three months travelling in Armenia it is by far the most high quality building and real attention to detail we encountered. At night we could see Ursa Major from our bed and were happy to be woken twice by the howling of wolves. Delicious breakfast.

The best place in Armenia. I can't explain how happy I was there. The place is amazing. The food was delicious. Everything was great. Its so much better than staying in Odzun

Came for one night and stayed two, mainly due to the overwhelming hospitality of the owners and the great breakfast from home made produce they dished up. We bought some delicious cheese for the trip from them as well. The tent itself is basically a small self contained cabin. There's also a kitchen aside the house and a grill. Location is a bit away from everything which I'd nice when you just want to have a quiet rest. Nonetheless there are things around to see within a short hike.

This is an amazing guesthouse in the middle of the mountains, with incredibly welcoming hosts who make you breakfast, lunch and dinner if you ask, all very tasty and made of local products (warn them if you don't eat too much, we could never eat all!). They have animals around, there are flowers and the view of the valley is amazing. There are various options of small and medium hikes. You can have your dinner outdoor with a view and generally enjoy the nature.

The people are nice. Food was good. Room is good
