This is the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. We chose it for our trips to Rome by car, as it offered the best value for money, with quality far exceeding the price. The hotel and its grounds are beautifully designed with exceptional taste, featuring an incredible style where every piece of furniture and decor is either a work of art or an antique designer item. Everything is spotlessly clean, cozy, and comfortable – the perfect place for a peaceful night’s sleep on a very comfortable bed. Our room had access to a terrace with a seating area for relaxing and enjoying tea in the garden. The hotel owners are very hospitable and friendly, and the breakfasts are incredibly delicious, with both hearty and sweet options. The host makes fantastic coffee. There’s also a gym and a pool on the premises. The villa has its own secure parking, so there’s no need to worry about your car.

“Perfect breakfast, best hosts, comfy room”
A beautiful home, wonderful hosts, exceptional breakfast. It was a relaxed and luxurious stay at the same time. The property is located next to a main road so it’s easy to reach as a pit stop on your road trip. There’s a great restaurant around the corner.

Amazingly beautiful location with a super friendly and helpful host! The place is easily to reach and extremely well kept. Spacious and super clean rooms and free parking directly inside the property. Easily the richest and most complete breakfast I have experienced in a B&B. “Paradise in garden setting.”
Set in idyllic formal garden, the house was spacious and welcoming. our room was ample size and bed very comfortable. Everything was beautiful. Secure off street parking. Breakfast was very generous. Claudio and Manuela were gracious and helpful.
