“The only advantage was the close location to White Sands National Park”
The location of Motel 6 Alamogordo was convenient, especially for a short overnight stop. 15 minutes from White Sands National Park.

“I will never stay at a Motel 6 again”
Location was right off main highway. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Dead bugs on floor "at least they were dead."

“Don’t spend your money here folks, save it and go to another hotel.”
Absolutely nothing, will never recommend. This place and the employees are a train wreck. Nobody knew nothing. I was charged twice even though I booked through Priceline. The room was nasty and we ended up renting another room. I couldn’t even get a refund. This place is ridiculous. Not worth the money and the people are rude. Never ever will we go back there. Save your money folks.

“Simple, clean stay near White Sands.”
Very close to White Sands (like 15-20 min by car) so it was exactly what we wanted. We took a disability room because it was cheaper and it was very good as the shower was big. We could borrow a hairdryer in the morning but you need to ask for it as they have only one. Staff was very kind. Free tea and coffee in the morning at the reception.
