It was good, only thing I missed was proper breakfast. Often I go to morning breakfast - couldn’t find any Fruits :( Rest staff and other things were very good.

“This was a first time staying with Extended Stay America and I will consider it in the future.”
We enjoyed the bigger sized fridge and I can see how traveling with a family would benefit from having a cooking capability. The location was very pleasing. The front desk staff was very welcoming.

“Bed was good, but the experience, likely due to training staff inadequately supervised, was bad.”
At least there was a grab and go "breakfast"! Half and half dispense cups would be an easy improvement though. The bed/bedding was very comfortable and the location of the room could have been quiet...but see below:

Great room size and quiet. No suprise during COVID that all the kitchenware has been taken out, but could be requested from reception. Also used the guest laundry which was great.
