“A place to sleep in the center of town”
The taxi service was nice and the ac worked great. The shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was basic but nice.

Great stay for a night before the airport. 6 minute drive to San Jose international airport. Clean rooms, great shower pressure. Wonderful knowledge staff. Amazing food options just a walk down the road

It had exceptional value. With the passes to the hotsprings and free breakfast it felt like the room was basically free. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

Good location for shops and restaurants. Comfortable hotel with breakfast included and a free ride back to the airport. Staff friendly.

They give free shuttle from the airport or to the airport one time so that was great. A continental breakfast is given and the place is super convenient and close to the airport. In the price you pay this is good enough.

“Cancelled our booking last minute”
The property cancelled our booking on the day we were traveling from caribean side and were stuck on road because of the accidents and no signal in the mountains. Because they somehow could not process payment (althoug i have checked later the card was written correctly and we had enough balance) when we finaly got signal at 7pm, i received we got cancelled. We are family of 4 and had to find another stay last minute when everyting was already booked.
