The worst hotel I have ever booked. No Service, no heater,shower is not working ,no Owen, dining table was broken . The bathroom has very bad odor. We couldn't have a shower for the first 2 days. We didn't spend the third night although we know it is not refundable. Everything was unsatisfied. Staff are not professional. Too much expensive for a such miserable . DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. EVERYTHING IS FAKE.

“Cosy, calm and clean”
The staff. The receptionist is very friendly and takes his time to translate from Arabic to English - something that we should see more everywhere. There is nature (trees) everywhere and the vegetation smells good - just the way it should be when you go on vacation.
