The service at the hotel was exceptional, the staff were extremely friendly and catered to our needs. I went to perform Umrah and my experience was extremely pleasant as although the hotel is a little bit of a far walk from the Haram they have a shuttle bus which takes you directly outside, just by the clock tower and brings you back. This shuttle bus is very frequent and makes it easy to get back and forth whenever you require. Rooms were clean and pleasant.
