“Very basic room with opportunity to improve greatly. Staff very helpfull and look at the price”
The room was basic with everything working. There room for improvement with the facilities and services. Lounge chair in the room was dirty and stained, floor (Laminate) was pulling away, cupboard door did not close properly. Not enough towels and toilet paper. Rest all worked fine. Off course the price for the room.was somewhat over the top and for the area. Highlight if the visit was the staffs support and service, Sharief and Yasmin did a very good job to attend to our issues, transport and related, and saved the day for us.

Firstly, the receptionists 👌🏼👌🏼 and their flexibility. also the room service are cooperative and responds swiftly. Next, all facilities are nearby, including a laundry, supermarket, pizza restaurant and a specialized cafe downstairs. good wifi and high hygiene level
