“a Place That Feels Like Home and Leaves a Beautiful Memory ✨️”
I stayed at Clouds Hotel with my friend Ahmed, and it was a pleasant experience from the moment we arrived. We checked in around midnight, and Mr. Ali at the reception handled the process professionally and kindly upgraded our reservation — we truly appreciate his gesture. I would also like to thank the morning shift receptionist — unfortunately, I don't remember her name — but she was very polite, courteous, and welcoming, which gave our day a great start. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. While the variety wasn’t extensive, the items offered were carefully selected and of high quality. Many thanks to the chef and the management for maintaining such a standard. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and the hospitality in Al Madinah is as warm and genuine as ever. A wonderful stay, and we look forward to coming back again, God willing.
