Everything except room cleaning which was not done during my stay. I asked reception and the answer was it shall be requested if it is needed and accordingly it was asked but no cleaning was done. Overall, it is recommended and I will come again.

Arrived at 1430 and I didn't received the room until 1430. Only one towel was provided for the whole family. TV remote was not working and not replaced by the staff inspit frequent call.

I liked the location. Three are many restaurants. It is near malls. It is 20 minutes away from the Swan Lake.

“I’ll visit again”
The staff were very supportive. For the kids, there is a play area which is very neat. I really want to mention the manager’s support. He helped us to open the kids play area even after 11.30pm.
