“Amazing”
The shuttle service is the best thing about this restaurant...also the barbershop is inside the hotel...gift shops under the hotel....it was really good and comfortable stay

5mjns ( free ) bus to Masjid Al Haram to and fro . Absolutely beautiful and clean facilities. The staffs were amazing.

“(Continued review)”
Shuttle bus return also easily gets packed out, just beware. Can't complain though because its a fantastic free initiative to facilitate worshippers to and from the haram. Just ensure to set out an hour before the designated prayer time. - Have your own cleaning products on hand to give the bathroom sink a quick scrub every now and then. We didn't receive room service and to be honest I didn't want my things moving about so no issue with that. Overall hotel hygiene rating would be 7/10. Hope I've been as thorough as I could to help others decide, no regrets choosing this hotel for my first umrah. Thank you!

Washroom sink clogged for 3 days, no one came to fix it despite asking. Poor water pressure in shower. Weird odour in room. No iron providing facility. Room was spacious and clean. Good and efficient shuttle service.

“Overall Good experience”
Overall it was a really good experience the staff was very cooperative but the bus service was overall good but the timings and lines of people during changing of busses were bit tiring apart from that everything was really good .
