“Very Happy and Satisfied”
During our journey, we were attended by Mr. Qadir Al Zahrani, Ms. Ghalia Al Ghamdi, Mr. Mohammad, and Mr. Abdulrehman. Each of them demonstrated exceptional professionalism, warmth, and support throughout our stay. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their customer service. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean and comprehensively equipped. It exceeded all of our expectations. Guests are not required to bring any additional items, as the facility provides a wide range of amenities, including toiletries, crockery, towels, extra mattress, a microwave, an electric kettle, a stove, tissue paper, dishwashing liquid, sponges, and a smart TV equipped with a variety of entertainment applications and channels. Additionally, an underground parking facility is available for convenience. The cleanliness of the premises was outstanding. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to others.
