Breakfast was not managed well. As per booking the food was not enough and also refilling took a lot of time. Taste is ok but food not enough

Located at the heart of Albaha city, this apartment suite provides the perfect stay for family. The apartments have excellent facilities with furniture, bathrooms and rooms which are very modern and contemporary. Staff is cordial and polite; responds positively and quickly to your needs. Could work more towards improving their communication and interaction skills. Breakfast is good quality with limited options, but it’s better than giving way too many items that you can’t have. Overall a great experience and hope they maintain the property well and keep the rates reasonable Highly recommended

“Expect responsible and pleasing staff to attend to customers.”
poor staff services especially at the restaurant. Breakfast got over well before the closure timings. Response was very bad from the staff. Parking is horrible.

“A good place to stay in Al Bahah”
We had a spacious room and a cosy king size bad. Breakfast was okay. The hotel is completely renovated, so very clean.
